I've got an 07 MCS 6 speed. Reading the owners manual, they do not recommend tire rotations between the front and rear ends.

My experience with front wheel drive cars is that they tend to wear out the front tires much faster than the rears. Thus the need to rotate tires regularly.

Any ideas ?

I always swap mine front to rear every 4-5,000 miles.
