2010 Clubman - Rear Air Shocks?

Hello everyone. I am a new Mini owner of 2010 Clubman S Turbo. I just replaced the original rear shocks, which were completely worn out and bouncing down the road, with a new set of Monroe Coil Over OEM's. Boy! the bounce is gone but now I can feel every crack in the road. SOO I thought I would see if there is an air adjustment version in the world that would offer some control of the rigidity factor. Everything I have found in air shocks are in the $1,000's of dollar's range.
Does anyone know of an option in $100's of dollars range? Or even a non-air version that offers a smoother ride?
