R55 Blower Motor Resistor Removal

Any tips on removing the Blower Motor Resistor on a 2010 R55 Clubman with Auto Climate Control? It's different than the R56 so do you squeeze it to remove it?

Finally was able to remove it. There is a tab that you push in on the side of the resistor that allows you to maneuver it out.
Here's a video on how this guy did it.
