It has never happened to me so far!......
I tried to open the hood and I couldn't!
It opens a little bit only on the driver side. On the passenger side it remains locked.
Inside the car, the latch is in an anormal position (it looks like the cable got loosen:
What would you advise to do, how could I fix this issue?
