My daughters 2003 mini is having major issues, the temp light comes on says its running hot 30 seconds after it starts, EML light will com on every once in awhile and put it into limp mode, wont start all the time then when it does it smells. Ive read that it may require a new wiring harness. This is our first mini and I am not sure if it is worth fixing she loves the car. All this has happened within the last month. PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE on where to start. Thank you
