Hi
I have a 2003 mini base that was diagnosed with a bad body control module. I did find good one out of another 03. The parts numbers are matching. These need to be reprogrammed before installing?
I have some techs saying it can be done because the 03 did not have the miles or vin on the module , others are saying it can't be done.

Anyone know for sure?
