Default power steering

Encountered a steering power, just once. In my driveway the car became very difficult to turn the steering wheel.I shut the car off, then re-started and the ability to turn the wheel was back to normal. Could this be from low power steering fluid or is this a sign of potential problems to come. Hope to hear from some one soon.

It could be an electrical issue , a relay trouble , or a connector failing the mini uses an electric power steering pump it also uses a fan to cool it and a fan failure can cause overheating and shut the pump down
