Power Steering Fan

2004 Mini Cooper Power Steering fan will not shutdown when car is off,if anyone has a suggestion please help. Thanks

Check RELAY there is a relay that turns it on/off likely the contacts fused

Can you tell me where the relay is/ I have pulled every relay that i could find,especially the ones with the fan symbol,nothing has shut this fan off
