Default R50 cooling issues

So bought a 06 r50 had a few gremlins to deal with I.e cv gaters had split, discs were heavily grooved and the wish bone rubber mounts needed changing did that but the biggest issue I'm now fighting is the fan set up neither low or high speed work it's not the fan. it's not the resistor. As I'm getting no power from the relay box tried swapping the relays around and still nothing. Anyone here have a clue as to what's going on?

Is there a fan control module hidden somewhere?
