I have a '04 mini s. Is there a key hole or a manual trunk release. in the car?

 

Yeah, there's a little handle under the back seat. Pull up on the front of the bottom of the rear seat (you won't break it, I swear) and feel around and you'll find it.

Hi Guys,i have recently bought myself a mini cooper one on a 56 plate,only 20'000 miles on the clock but has not been started for approx 12 yrs.
bought as a non runner,does anyone have an order of checks i should do before initial attempt of start up,
