2 questions on transmission
2005 mini cooper s convertible automatic with 128k. I am trying to find out:
whether it has a CVT or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Is there such thing as the final drive oil? My friend removed a plug that is close to the transmission pan plug, thinking it was the ATF, but someone said it could be the final drive? never heard of it. If it is what it is, what kind of fluid is used?
