I have limited information on this. My son is being given a 2002 mini cooper. The story is the transmission was replaced with a 2006 and the car runs fine, but stays in limp mode.
I'll be meeting with the orginal owner this weekend to get more info.
Are the two years transmissions compatable? They are both first generation I believe.
