2006 mini s hk enabler help

Hello everyone, I bought a 2006 mini s with harmon kardon installed, problem is the volume **** doesn't work, have to keep turning it till it rises or lower in volume, plus I want to install a pioneer with Bluetooth so I don't have to get a fm transmitter, problem is I think I need a hk enabler to power up the amp otherwise I won't get sound. I need 1 asap cause I want to give this car to my daughter for xmas, her first car and she has always wanted a cooper, I can't find anyone in the states selling 1, anyone know if I can get 1 in the country? Or ways to go direct to the amp and bypass it so I can get sound? I don't want to replace amp and speakers, also need to open the passenger door panel cause it won't open from the inside, only from the outside, I'll figure that 1 out, but getting the amp to work would be much appreciated
