Does anyone know if there is an auto shutoff for running lights either after market? Or, can the onboard computer be reprogrammed? I've seen this feature on cars older than mine (2004 Cooper S/John Works) and would love to keep my battery from draining when I forget to turn off the lights or when I have the doors open for any extended period of time.

are you talking daytime running lights ???
If so thats a programmed feature that the dealer can turn on/off
