Default Braking bad.

First timer posting. Yes, I did say hi to all of you and hope you can help me.
never in a Mini forum but very fun of the rest of my forums such as two stroke vintage motorcycles and so on.
yes, the question, mini cooper S 2003 had it for like 6 months.
bought it from my dad and in good conditions.
90,000 miles that at least 20,000 are mine.

brake pedal not going all the way down, it tells me that master C looks OK.
the booster seems the culprit.
pedal stay high no matter how much you try to push it down.
already found the BBooster locally “original”
Good with tools and probably be youtubing on how to unnasemble the whole system.
anything that I should b aware of?
by the way
the ABS linkage cables are not well
my friend have four of them but from a 2011
will they fit?
i know, to many questions from someone who we does not trust.
well, Ive decided that this Mini will be my last car to own,,,, so I need to learn as much as I can.
sincerely,
alfonso
