Does anyone have any info on where to find internals like connecting rods, pistons and rings that would be good on a cooper s with a turbo?

 

I take it you mean the r56 mini? If you want to turbo up a r53 then speak to gtt tuning (google it!!) as they have just completed a 300bhp turbo r53. To be honest unless you going performance which will cost you a lot of money you may be able to get individual parts from MINI or for a scrap dealer
