Default HELP!…please 🙏🏼 coolant leak 😵‍💫

Hello All,
I’ve seen this problem across several forums but no answers so I’m seeking help or comments from fellow mini owners. the Mini drives great when I put coolant before I drive it and it will usually last 30-45 minutes before it’s empty again. During this time the car does not overheat or change in drive ability. Below are some specs PLEASE take a read the rest I would truly appreciate it.

here’s the issue:
coolant leak
does not over heat
no AC or heater
drives great

side Issues:
1-AC and heater are not working
2-coolant gets sucked into the engine but does not get returned to the reservoir tank
3-underside of engine is wet with coolant

thoughts:
1-I’m thinking it’s the reservoir return hoses that may be compromised
2-thermostat is failing
3-water pump is failing

has anyone dealt with this before? All helpful comments are welcomed and I’m video recording all my possible solutions so I’ll gladly dedicate a post to this once I solve to help future mini owners with this issue.

cheers 🍻 to all and looking forward to more posts
