Key Fob Not Working
We recently purchased a 2006 Cooper S,working great but we are unable to lock the car with the remote key and also cannot manually lock with the key, only thing that works is the toggle on the dash. The seller told my husband he changed the fob battery and the didn't work there after. We tried the reset fix holding the lock and unlock buttons on the fob for 30 seconds with no success, when you try key in the door the key will not even rotate just wondering what our next option is? At this point I'd be happy to have a car with a key that will work manually so I can lock the car if I have to go somewhere.
