Default newbie here in need of some help from you experts :)

In January I bought an 04 Mini Cooper S and love the thing the death. Its also the first car I feel comfortable working on myself. I never worked on cars before and I swapped out the windshield wiper motor in under 35 minutes so I feel I can do anything! My next 2 projects. I will be doing are an oil change and brake pad/rotor installation. My question here is, I need to do an oil change asap and do not feel like paying $110 to the dealership. What parts and type of oil do I need to get in order to do this? Any help is much appreciated so thank you all for your time

The 36mm socket is an oddball to find at times
