Has anyone experienced and solved the issue I have with a really noisy heater/aircon in my 2004 copper s? when running the fan either with or without the aircon on there is a sort of roaring noise. Turn the fan off no problem.

Any ideas?

Sounds like a bad fan motor ... Mines very quiet Except the HIGHEST setting

 

remove the cabin filter and see if there is any debris in the duct leading to the blower motor.
