Default Rotor bolt

I have a 2003 Mini Cooper s I just changed my back pads and rotor and my back right caliper the small bolt that holds the rotor in place was rusted and the head snapped off. I got the tire on the rotor is nice and straight everything works I'm wondering if any damage can happen if I leave it this way till I can drill out the old bolt? And I also have a real problem getting those bolt out of the front rotors any suggestions to get those out? I bought the car a few months ago and I was told the car went to a BMW/mini specialist with any problems it had but come to find out that place was mineke and they never changed the rotors.

While I don't think any damage will occur so long as u keep the wheel studs torqued correctly I wouldn't let this go for long. you could try to cut a notch into the part of the bolt still left and try to break it loose with some heat from a torch amd then shocking it with cold water. Otherwise it might just be easier to replace the hub/wheel bearing assembly.
