Default New 2012 Cooper and bluetooth add on

I just purchased a new 2012 Cooper. Didn't want to get the turbo but tweaked the inside. Leather, sport, cold weather...so I special ordered. Bad news, I forgot to order the bluetooth. So, I ask the sales people for a quote and they went to service and service tells them that it's not cost effective since they have to "rewire" the steering, radio, etc...Well, I'm and engineer and since the controls for the radio are on the steering wheel and the answer/disconnect for the phone/bluetooth are right next to them I don't think they have a separate cable so it seems someone is lying or just lazy. Then they tell me it could cost 4K to 5K...Now, I could break down the car for that so it would seem they are just lazy and don't want to deal with it. I hope they enjoy this sale because it will be the last from me, next time, I'll just go to Honda, maybe they want my business.
