would an headlight from 2002-2006 fit a 08 cooper?

any ideas?

Since they sell seperate headlights for those years I'd say they have to be different or why would they have two versions ... being able to adapt , no idea

damn cuz i saw these angel eyes for mini cooper it was a entire headlight wit HID and the rings.
you can get it. its like $320 ill send you the link if u want
