Does anyone have suggestions as to how a 12-14" center stripe can be installed on a new Countryman, considering how the hump in the middle of the hood might distort how it looks? Thanks!

 

I've installed several sets of hood stripes on my 2019 CM. I ran two stripes down the center, the outer edge of each just touching the inner edge of the spray nozzle. I left a one inch gap between the stripes using flexible wrap from Metrorestyling.com. Starting at the windshield edge and moving forward it was very difficult (but not impossible) to avoid the gap narrowing slightly as the vinyl passed over the compound curve of the hood's center (or for our English brethren... the bonnet's centre). I've also removed/replaced the nozzles and used wider stripes, but that was more difficult.

I've never run a single wide stripe, but I imagine it will be slightly more difficult.

Check out Metrorestyling, they have an endless assortment of colors and patterns, you'll want a product with air channels. Their customer service is great. I have no affiliation with Metrorestyling, other than being a happy customer.
