Install European Plates

Default Install European Plates

I have a 08Mini Cooper and I just purchased a euro plate for the front. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to install it; I also purchased the frame that has all the spaces in the back to choose from. I do not want to open unnecessary holes, Can anyone give me any installation instructions.
