Mini Cooper R56 Projector Retrofit

Local friend of mine had me make him a custom projector retrofit set for his mini!

Features:
Complete blacked-out housings
Amber turn signal delete
Bixenon Projector retrofit
6000K HID Kit
Custom LASER LED Halos
Can-bus Computer-bypass harness

Those headlights look nice. I just bought a 2013 Cooper S and it did not come with xenons. I asked the dealer if they would install them for me in black and they said no. Are these lights aftermarket? Could getting xenons be possible in my car in its current state?

I'd love your feedback.
