Thinking about buying a new Mini "S".. I am not familiar with the "longevity" of MC's... thought it would be wise to educate myself on how expensive it is to maintain a Mini Cooper...
would anyone that has owned Mini's care to share your thoughts ?

Buying a MINI with a warranty is a good idea. There isn't enough information out there on the new F56 models as far as reliability and issues. The older gens do have their issues/quirks. If you're DIY savvy it'll save you money in the long run.
