Getting my new to me mini today
These cars are really fun. Just stay on top of all maintenance; check oil level frequently, oil changes every 3k miles, use premium gas, change your cabin filter, a charcoal filter really gets rid of funky smells, join groups, ask questions, take photos, lots of support on YouTube, and if you have to take it into a shop, find a non-dealer who really likes to work on MINI’s. I have a couple shops that I use but I just realized that an issue I had this weekend could have been done in about 20 minutes or less at home. I was losing oil and I thought it was something major. It was an oil pressure switch. Quick job but I didn’t figure it out. Sometimes you have to trust the pros. Good luck!!!! 🏁🏁🏁
