Mini Cooper Geometry not right
Hi
I have a 2003 Mini Cooper and Today I took the wheels off for the first time to change the Pads and Disc's .
I noticed that the inner rim of the front nearside wheel , is nearly touching the strut , I checked them both and the front offside Inner rim is 10mm from the side of the strut and the front nearside rim is 3mm .
I can not figure out how that can be , the Hub and strut are fixed in place , so whatever you do you can not alter that angle , offcource the , Camber and Castor can be altered and tracking , but none them will effect the angle of strut to Hub .
I am racking my brains here Folks can anyone shed any light on this !! .
just a note I swapped the front wheels around and the gap,of both remain the same .
cheers
