R60 rear hatch issues
I have a 2011 Mini Cooper countryman s all 4 and I love it to pieces. Just recently iam having issues with the rear hatch not opening. I get the bing and warning light on my dash. Can’t figure out how to fix the problem. You can hear it unlocking/locking but it doesn’t release. Please help!! Getting aggravated with not being able to use my truck

Did you end up fixing this. Mind is doing the same thing and I’m not sure how to fix it.
