Everyone out there re. The transmission issues on mini cooper- mine is automatic 2003/ had to replace transmission at cost of $8,000.00 (at 60,000 miles) and of course past warranty. Faced same dilemma as many- really????? Sink $8,000.00 into car? Although what is alternative-- so that's what i did. / have since heard- and now am reading about many issues with the transmissions on the coopers made b4 the 2007's. Need to get class action suit information. Does anyone have any?
