I'm getting my "new to me" 2012 Mini tomorrow. the car is a 2012, but only has 29K miles on it.

Would there be a transferable warranty? Anyone know what I would have to do to accomplish that? This is a private party sale.

You'd have to ask the seller if they have one active. Then if they do and it is transferable the seller should be able to initiate the transfer.
