Recently purchased a 2013 2dr hardtop. Supposedly there should not be a steering wheel lock. However, my steering wheel is locked unless the engine is running. This is a major problem, since I want to tow the vehicle behind a motor home. I have tried numerous suggested solutions without success. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.
