Wheel size

How can I find out the wheel size on my Mini Cooper S. I would like to change out to some black rims. I looked inside the door but nothing there. I measured with a tape and top to bottom is 17" hard to tell on the thickness but it looks like about 7.5".

The TIRE SIZE will tell you what size rim , 195/55/16= 16" rim
