OK, so when we try and turn the car on all you hear is a steady clicking noise. The car does not even try to turn over, it just clicks. All the power seems to be there, everything thing turns on, but the car will not turn. Does this sound like the starter has gone out? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

 

Have you tried jumping the car ??? Low Voltage might cause similar troubles
