Default 2009 mini cooper misfire

Hello guys so I have a 2009 mini cooper and I have been getting a misfire code on cylinder 1,3,4 and a lean code. I have replaced the spark plugs and gaped to spec, coils, fuel injectors, fuel filter, fuel pump, pcv valve, throttle body, mass air flow sensor, both crank shaft timing sensors, and have checked the valves for carbon clogging and checked the valves it they where not seating all the way but they are good so I’m so lost and I was wanting to see if you guys could give me some tips.

Had a go at looking through this a piece yet it seems like most entryway handle issues are with the inside, or with the work it takes. I have a pristine to-me 2004 Cooper S. I got it yesterday, drove it around for around 50 miles, received in an in return a bundle and everything worked out positively. Went to get in it earlier today (it dipped under freezing everything being equal) and proved unable. The power locks work to lock, yet not open, so I went dependent upon it with the key, opened it, and squeezed the handle. It got stuck squeezed in, and the entryway wouldn't pull open. The traveler side was locked, so I crept through the trapdoor and attempted the inside entryway handle, and even gave the entryway a decent kick from within, and it didn't open. At long last left it since I was behind schedule for work. Obviously I won't be back until this evening to have a go at anything, however would see the value in ideas. I'm coming from the universe of Jeeps where you can fix anything with a torx wrench and some hose cinches. The primary words out of everybody's mouth when they saw the Scaled down was "Have a great time fixing that!!" and keeping in mind that I know they're more costly, I wasn't anticipating that something should break right off the bat! Help?
