Ever since slamming on the brakes to sucessfully avoid hitting a deer I have experienced episodes that the ABS, Traction control, and Tire pressure warning lights all come on at once for no apparent reason. Any ideas what is causing this? I am 2 hours away from the nearest Mini dealer.
