Default Anti roll bars?

I'm upgrading my suspension with a set of Koni adjustable struts and shocks and performance lowering springs and the required rear upper and lower control arms. I plan on just adding the Powerflex bushings to the front 24MM sway bar (at least for now) but am looking at the different rear anti roll bars on the market. I also replaced the front lower arm bushings with Powerflex units.
The car will still be street driven but isn't a commuter and will see a good bit of track time at our Nor Cal racetracks. I've heard that the front anti roll bar is fairly decent but that the back stock bar is intentionally undersized to provide a good bit of understeer to keep drivers from pushing the car too hard.
There are several rear bars on the market (including an infinitely adjustable one but it's pretty pricy) and I'm looking at one that has three adjustment holes and is available in two different thickness, 19 and 21MM. I figure the 21 is probably too stiff to work with the stock front bar. Anyone had much experience with what works??
