Default Attempted break-in leaves front corner window panel broken

I am not sure what to call this part to look for a replacement, but I have a picture below. You can see that there is a crack through the center of it. In the attempt to break into the window they snapped that panel right in half. It is still held on by a weather stripping glued to it. I can take it to the dealership but if it is possible to do myself, I would like to look into it. Any suggestions?

RealOEM.com BMW R53 Cooper S Exterior trim / grill

looks like $50 ish for the part
check at windsheild replacement shops , they might have them /replace them cheaper as they need to remove them to replace windsheilds

I'd say its an A pillar cover. I have no idea how to remove it without damaging anything else.

If you lived in Massachusetts your insurance company would of covered that for you, they paid for the entire windshield frame including the glass on my Wrangler.
