Back door lock

Wife can't close the hatch door? The lock doesn't respond to opener at all? Any ideas out there?

Just got my Mini two days ago, and it might be the same thing I encountered. I was used to simply tapping the buttons on the remote, but with the Mini you have to press and hold the button for about a second.
