Above link, states they are of very known tranny except its more than 10 years old.
Can anyone verify this, that the parts are the same and function.

Many Thanks

I'm not following the question/statement ???
CVT transmission have been around for allot longer then 10 years ...
I had one in 1978... Most snowmobiles use the same type of tranny as well

what i meant is that is cooper using the same CVT as in the rover series.
If thats the case are there any modifications adjustments or it was a direct fit from the rover CVTs.

From the link , it shows that some internal parts, are both models the same.?

ECVT and normal CVTs can they be interchanged ?

ECVT= Electronic Continuously Variable Transmission ... I doubt that it would be a direct swap. The mini is pretty wired into the tranny , as well as the paddle shifters ect . The tranny might fit , but I doubt it'd be an easy swap over to get the mini to run again...
