Driving light brackets

What is the opinion from everyone on mounting the driving light brackets?
use the pop rivets that come with the brackets
or SS screws instead of the rivets

I've mounted both ways the aluminum rivits will oxidise ... The Stainless is nice but be sure heads are not to large as they can interfere with hood/ bumper
