Default Engine won't turn over

So I took my 2003, 5 speed Mini in for an oil change and took it home with more problems. The power steering pump went out, I know, no big surprise, I switched it out with a used pump and the fan associated with it, also put in a new computer because mine was cracked, probably due to taking things apart trying to remove some of the wiring associated with the power steering pump, because the ends were fried.

So...I have everything put back together and only have one bolt left over.

The problem is the car won't start now. The battery is new and the key makes it sound like it's going to start but it seems no gas gets to the engine to turn it over. I do hear the fuel pump kick in when I turn the key.

Any Ideas? Thanks for your mini-guruism-wisdom.
