Hi Guys, New here looking for some advice. I have a 07 S. Just got back from Mini. $409.00 for what looks to be an oil change. Plus, they flushed the brake system, changed interior filter and wiper blades. Is there any reason I cant preform these services my self. I'm very mechanical and could probably rebuild the thing If I needed to. But then how do I adderess the computer (key fob). Looking at parts on-line and I could do what they did for less than $100. Any insight would be greatly appreciated

Yes you can easily do it the oil change can be done for $40 in parts same with the fluid flush , the wipers refills are $15
Yes the service can't be reset without a computer the 06s and earlier can be reset thru the odometer I've heard some dealers will reset for free and others for $20
