I also would like to know if theres a kit for my 2006 mini s convertable to use this or one like it gas cap - http://www.minimania.com/InvDetail.cfm?Item=NMX1050i just noticed it says not for convertables does anyone know why not for convertables? and if i can get one? thank you

 

Part if the mechanism in the MCS cap interferes with something on the convertible... that's why they come with the Cooper cap from the factory.

 

Yea i knew there was somthing to do with the top and or rear windows that go down in there but was still wondering if there was a way around it to do it, thank you
