Please help a fellow 2015 Cooper Hardtop Owner...

Safelite says there was no "gasket" on top of the windshield when they replaced it. The repair guys at the Mini dealer says there was. I trust the latter obviously but they can't get me a photograph or part number, so the thing is a bit shady.

Fellow owners - between the roof and the windshield, along the top, is there a V shaped rubber gasket or is there a gap at least the thickness of a quarter between the roof and the windshield.

Please help asap!
