Exclamation Interior light issue

Hello Mini Cooper folks, I could sure use some help trying to identify a simple lighting issue. I have a 2005 S with an odd interior light issue. Since I have had the car (a few years now the interior light (central dome light) did not work but I never needed it...who cares... Well I just did an LED update to the lights and now I need to fix this issue.

Here is what works... when i open the door, the trunk light comes on as well as the light at the bottom of each door, they work well. Also, the central reading lights (by the central dome light) works and can be turned on or off. Also, each door and trunk when open prompt the trunk light to come on so I am safe to assume that all three door and trunk switches work correctly.

What does not work...(3 interior lights) the central dome light does not work (but both spot lights work when you switch them on), the light under the dashboard for the driver foot area does not work and the light under the dashboard for the passenger foot area does not work. I tried multiple bubs and all three seem to be dead...

What I have tried to resolve the issue...I pulled the fuse and was able to verify that when that fuse (the fuse box located in the cabin at the passenger foot area) and it was row 1 5 up (icon of a light)...when I pull the fuse the central done lights and the trunk lights do not work....when I put the fuse back in the lights work except for the 3 that I mentioned which do not work. I checked each and every fuse in the cabin and they were all good. I checks the fuses in the engine area and all of the fuses seemed good....

I am not the best a using a meter but I do have one and that would be my next step... but it is weird that (in reference to the central dome light) that the two spot lights get power and work but the central dome light does not work....

Lastly, the button to push to turn the dome light on or to hold for 3 seconds to make the light go out... that button does work...the 3 lights just don't work....
