I have a 2005 Cooper S Convertible. The keyless entry will lock the doors and unlock the hatch, but won't unlock either door. It started by not working on the drivers side, but now neither side will work.

Also, the unlock switch on the dash won't work. I think it's the lock actuators but how is it possible that BOTH went out?

Please help!

 

Do the lights Flash when you hit the keyless ???
It COULD be the actuators , but before that I'd have the dealer check for voltage (or you if capable)
