Limit the top speed

Default Limit the top speed
is there any way to limit the top speed of the 2015 mini cooper diesel i have taken it for a run and bought it for my daughter and the top speed is way way too fast for her.... is there a way to limit it at all.

i do have knowledge of cars but just not this one
