Ya the KBB said the car is worth $15,400. So they're literally about $1000 higher.

So offer $13,000 and settle at KBB retail value if you have to go that high. Negotiation is half the fun of buying a car.

Hi,
my concern would be its low mileage for the year, and no service history, how many owners.seems a high price,I would be a little concerned if the milage has been adjusted, ask to take it to an independent agent, get them to plug it in and will show the true mileage, worth the money.personally I would avoid,if they are shipping for free why,are they desperate to move the car and not a good deal, keep looking and find a better car.good luck
